The COX Science Center & Aquarium features more than 100 hands-on educational exhibits, a 10,000-gallon fresh and saltwater aquarium, digital planetarium, Pre-K focused “Discovery Center,” 18-hole conservation-themed Mini Golf Course and quarter-mile-long Fisher Family Science Trail. If you think teleportation, holograms, invisibility, and mind control are only in the movies—think again!

This season you can CRACK THE CODE, SOLVE THE TOP SECRET CASE !  Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to become a secret agent, uncovering facts and investigating leads to determine which of the suspects, if any, can be implicated in the crime, but only through April 26, 2026!

Also, The Ocean Odyssey display will have you diving into the mysteries of the deep and explore the extraordinary life beneath the waves! From the glowing displays of bioluminescent creatures to the colossal hunters of the abyss, this journey reveals the adaptations, behaviors, and hidden wonders of marine life. Encounter stealthy predators, resilient reef dwellers, and legendary giants of the sea, past and present. Discover how they survive in one of the most extreme and fascinating environments on Earth—and why protecting our oceans is more important than ever.

Explore our Science Trail to see these amazing larger-than-life ocean animals like a 15 ft Giant Manta Ray, a 16 ft long Leather back Sea Turtle and a 50 ft long Sperm Whale

Welcome to Ocean Odyssey, where the wonders of the underwater world come to life!

The Cox Science Center and Aquarium is also home to the first and only public planetarium in Palm Beach County. The Dekelboum Planetarium presents daily shows utilizing brand new state of the art “Digital Sky Skan” full-dome video presentations on a variety of scientific topics. Optional add-on planetarium tickets may be purchased at the COX Science Center.

*Please note: Due to construction all visitors will be entering through the new Science Trail entrance. Planetarium shows might be full when you arrive to the CSCA and are not guaranteed.
