VISIT PALM BEACH REQUIRES all cancellations be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made same day or with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. GROUPS MORE THAN FOUR (4) MUST GIVE 48 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE. Weather Policy
Weather- we do not go out in dangerous conditions ie: Thunder, lightening, high winds, etc. We try to wait until close to the trip to make the call since weather moves so quickly in S. Fl. If there is just a light rain, we still go out and a good portion of the boat is covered. Cruises may be delayed while we wait for weather to pass. If it does not look like it will let up we will have to cancel. In that case you would have the option of a refund or reschedule.
