Terms & Conditions/Cancelation Policy
No refunds will be issued 30 days prior to scheduled departure. Rebooking is subject to a $250 rebooking fee two weeks prior to departure. No refunds or rebooks will be allowed one week prior to the excursion.
Some of the activities can be subjected to the presence of adverse conditions (wind, storm & other weather factors) and the abilities of the participating group as a whole. Any activity provided by Visit Palm Beach is booked by you on the understanding that you accept that the product, service, trip or itinerary that you ordered or agreed to purchase, may be subject to change as necessary to safeguard all participants’ safety and wellbeing. By making a confirmed booking you accept that you are flexible and agree to any itinerary changes or activity modifications made by Visit Palm Beach in the interests of participants’ safety and that you accept that no refunds will be provided for any activities that had to be cancelled due to adverse weather, other environmental factors or other safety-related reasons that were out of the control of Visit Palm Beach.
Weather policy – Water activities will not go out in dangerous conditions ie: Thunder, lightning, high winds, etc. VPB will wait until close to the time of the activity to make the call since weather moves so quickly in S. Fl. If there is rain, the activity will go out. Activities may be delayed while waiting for weather to pass. VPB’s goal is always to deliver outstanding service and have happy guests so and to accommodate guests whatever the situation may be. If VPB has to cancel your trip due to weather you may reschedule to another day for no rescheduling fee, or you may receive a full refund.
