City of West Palm Beach Municipal Dock Rules

• No business, including charters, may run off the dock without a permit from the City.
• Boats may not stay past midnight and may not tie up before 5am and must be off by 12 midnight.
• No use of power or water.
• Trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters located on the sidewalk at each dock.
