RECREATION SALES ASSOCIATE: (Now Hiring)
This position shall represent Visit Palm Beach at a local resort to sell our excursions and activities and will also include various duties at our corporate offices. Duties shall include but not be limited to answering all daily calls by greeting all VPB existing and potential clients and guests with the highest quality of service in a prompt, cheerful, professional, courteous and enthusiastic manner, while interacting with VPB employees and vendors.
Requirements:
Must have excellent, professional, communication and organizational skills. Must have excellent computer skills, with Microsoft Word, Excel, while having the ability to maintain and update the VPB website on a regular basis. Must be a team player, and able to work under pressure. Must have Reliable transportation to and from work. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not necessary.
Employment Type:
Two (2) Full-time positions available
Hours:
This position is staffed 7 days a week. Staff members will have two days off but must be able to work weekends & holidays.
Compensation:
$10.00 per hr.

TOUR GUIDE / MATE: (Now Hiring)
This position's main focus shall be to provide a narrated sightseeing tour while on our 50ft. sailing catamaran. This position will also assist in the overall operation of our sailing catamaran as one of it's first mate. The position responsibilities shall include but not limited to, providing local historical, geographical and informative information of the Palm Beaches and it's waterways.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the local area to include interesting facts & information. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Pleasant, positive, outgoing and energetic personality. Basic boating knowledge is helpful.
